Guest access

The accommodation as well as its facilities are at your disposal during your stay. Please respect areas marked as 'Private' or doors that are locked. Thank you for your understanding.

Guest interaction

You will access the accommodation via a self-check-in procedure using a key box located on site. All essential information for your stay will be emailed to you and accessible through our online guide. Although we are not physically present upon your arrival or during your stay, we are available by phone or email to assist you with any needs.

The flat is located in Fiesch-Fieschertal, Aletsch Arena, 5 minutes from the start of the ski lifts.
Supermarkets are a 5-minute drive away in the centre of Fiesch.

The property is accessible by car. An outside parking space is available.

You can also reach the flat by public transport (about 1 hour from Visp/Visp station).

Bed linen and towels are supplied and are included in the cleaning fee. Please ensure the proper care and maintain the cleanliness of the accommodation. Should there be any issues, we will do our best to react as soon as possible.
