A security deposit (refundable) is required to cover any damage caused by the guest. The amount varies according to the type of property rented. It is charged 14 days prior to arrival and is collected by credit card only.
The deposit will be refunded by credit card after inspection of the accommodation. The deposit is refunded in full provided that no damage has been found and that no extra cleaning time has been required. If everything is in order, the deposit will be returned to you within 5 to 10 days of your stay using the same method of payment.

For security reasons, and in order to comply with police regulations, we require copies of the identity documents of all guests staying in the accommodation.
