Guest access
The accommodation as well as its facilities are at your disposal during your stay. Please respect areas marked as 'Private' or doors that are locked. Thank you for your understanding.
Guest interaction
You will access the accommodation via a self-check-in procedure using a key box located on site. All essential information for your stay will be emailed to you and accessible through our online guide. Although we are not physically present upon your arrival or during your stay, we are available by phone or email to assist you with any needs.

The flat is a 10-minute walk from Zermatt's main railway station.
The entire village of Zermatt is within easy walking distance.
The Migros supermarket is an 11-minute walk away.

Getting around
Motor vehicles are not permitted in Zermatt. It is therefore necessary to leave your car in the pay car park in Täsch, and to take the train from there (about 15 minutes by train).
Other things to note
Bed linen and towels are supplied and are included in the cleaning fee. Please ensure the proper care and maintain the cleanliness of the accommodation. Should there be any issues, we will do our best to react as soon as possible.

In case of cancellation, the downpayment will not be refunded. The amount will be kept by Coucou&Co. In case of modification, late cancellation - less than 30 days, or no show on arrival date - the total balance will be due to Coucou&Co who reserves the right to reallocate the rental immediately.
