- A fully equipped open kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. It includes a cooker, oven, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and all the necessary kitchen utensils.
- The first bedroom has a Queen size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. You will also find a practical desk if you need to work during your stay. Enjoy spectacular views through the large windows as soon as you wake up!
- A bathroom adjacent to the bedroom with a shower as well as a bath.
- A second bedroom with a queen-size bed and a wall-hung television.
- A second bathroom with a bath.
- A separate WC for extra comfort.
- Private laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
- A bright and spacious living room that invites you to relax after a day of exploring. There is a comfortable sofa overlooking the balcony, perfect for contemplating the natural beauty through the French windows. (Please note that the fireplace in the living room is not functional).
- The magnificent balcony which is without doubt the highlight of the accommodation. It offers breathtaking views of Lake Geneva. It's the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee while admiring the scenery in front of you.

Entering the house is simple, efficient and independent thanks to a keybox that you will find at the entrance of your accommodation. All the required information for your stay will be provided to you by email and can be consulted via our online interface.

The neighborhood
Territet is a charming village of the Riviera to the east of Montreux. Its access to the lake, its harbour and its greenery make it the perfect place for a peaceful stay. In 1879, the first telephone in Switzerland was installed in Territet.
The flat's location is ideal, on the shores of the lake and close to many restaurants, shops and attractions of Montreux.
All amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, bars, etc.) are in the centre of Montreux. This can be reached in 3 minutes by car or 10 minutes on foot.
The nearest bus stop is 200m (3min walk) from the accommodation.

Getting around
The accommodation is accessible by car. However, there is no assigned parking space.
On-street parking with a blue disc (time-limited parking) is available in front of the flat. There are public paid car parks in Montreux, about 10 minutes' walk away.
It is also possible to reach the flat by public transport (about 10 minutes by public transport or 15 minutes on foot from Montreux train station).
Other things to note
Sheets and towels are provided by us. The availability of the laundry is included in the cleaning rates.
