The space
Studio fully equipped for your greatest comfort for a short to medium term stay. It is composed as follows:
- A main room including a queensize bed, a living room and a dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen. It includes a coffee machine, an oven, cooking plates, a fridge as well as a microwave.
- A bathroom (bathtub/WC).
- Storage space.

The accommodation as well as the equipment or accessories are at your disposal during your stay.
Guest interaction
Entering the house is simple, efficient and independent thanks to a keybox that you will find at the entrance of your accommodation. All the required information for your stay will be provided to you by email and can be consulted via our online interface.

The apartment is located in the town of Sierre, 15 minutes walk from the train station.
The city center is within walking distance, as are supermarkets and other amenities.

Getting around
The apartment is accessible by car. An outside parking space is at your disposal.
It is also possible to reach the accommodation by public transport (about 10 minutes from Sierre train station) or to reach the accommodation by foot (about 15 minutes from the station).

Sheets and towels are provided by us. The availability of the laundry is included in the cleaning rates.

In case of cancellation, the downpayment will not be refunded. The amount will be kept by Coucou&Co. In case of modification, late cancellation - less than 30 days, or no show on arrival date - the total balance will be due to Coucou&Co who reserves the right to reallocate the rental immediately.
