The space

The flat is located in the modern building "La Treizième", which was built in 2019 by the architectural firm Christian Constantin in a beautiful neighbourhood of 1930.

It has been fully equipped for your comfort:

• A bedroom with a double bed, storage space and a desk area. A computer monitor and keyboard are available. However, there is no computer.
• A bathroom (shower/WC), with a rain shower option.
• A visitor's toilet with private washing machine and tumble dryer.
• A bright, fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room and dining room. This includes a coffee machine, an oven and a dishwasher.
• A spacious living room with a sofa bed overlooking the balcony.
• A balcony with a beautiful view of the Valais mountains.

The accommodation as well as the equipment or accessories are at your disposal during your stay.

Guest interaction

Entering the house is simple, efficient and independent thanks to a keybox that you will find at the entrance of your accommodation. All the required information for your stay will be provided to you by email and can be consulted via our online interface.

Our team will not be present on site upon your arrival or during your stay. However, we will be happy to help you with any problems or questions you may have. Do not hesitate to contact us!

The neighborhood

The flat is ideally located, close to the SBB station and all amenities.

The city centre and the train station of Sion are reachable in less than 10 minutes on foot. The Migros supermarket is only 3 minutes away on foot. For sports lovers, the accommodation is in the direct proximity of the Ancien Stand sports centre.

The accommodation is accessible by car. An indoor parking space is at your disposal.

It is also possible to access the accommodation by public transport (about 8 minutes from Sion station).

Sheets and towels are provided by us. The availability of the laundry is included in the cleaning rates.
