Guest interaction

You will access the accommodation via a self-check-in procedure using a key box located on site. All essential information for your stay will be emailed to you and accessible through our online guide. Although we are not physically present upon your arrival or during your stay, we are available by phone or email to assist you with any needs.

The neighborhood

The apartment is located in the quiet Wiesti neighbourhood of Zermatt, offering a peaceful setting while remaining within easy walking distance of the village centre and its amenities.

Zermatt’s main railway station and the village centre are approximately 8–10 minutes away on foot. The Migros and Coop supermarkets, as well as a variety of shops, restaurants and cafés, are easily accessible within the village.

The Sunnegga funicular is approximately 5–7 minutes away on foot, providing convenient access to the ski slopes and beautiful mountain trails. The Gornergrat Railway station is also within walking distance, making it easy to enjoy one of the region’s most spectacular panoramic excursions.

Getting around

Motor vehicles are not permitted in Zermatt. It is therefore necessary to leave your car in the pay car park in Täsch, and to take the train from there (about 15 minutes by train).

Bed linen and towels are supplied and are included in the cleaning fee. Please ensure the proper care and maintain the cleanliness of the accommodation. Should there be any issues, we will do our best to react as soon as possible.
