The accommodation as well as the equipment or accessories are at your disposal during your stay.

Guest interaction

Entering the house is simple, efficient and independent thanks to a keybox that you will find at the entrance of your accommodation. All the required information for your stay will be provided to you by email and can be consulted via our online interface.
Our team will not be present on site upon your arrival or during your stay. However, we will be happy to help you with any problems or questions you may have. Do not hesitate to contact us!

The Coop (supermarket) is 350m away. The lake of Neuchâtel is about 2.5km away.

The Neuchâtel Tourist Card is available in the accommodation. It allows you to benefit free of charge for the duration of your stay (max. 15 days):
- access to Neuchâtel public transport (train, funicular and bus)
- admission to 25 museums in the canton of Neuchâtel
- a cruise on the lakes of Neuchâtel (Promenade Rive Sud and Rive Nord) and Les Brenets

Getting around

The accommodation is accessible by car. No parking space is included, but there is a blue zone nearby and a public parking located 3 min. away.

It is also possible to reach the accommodation by public transport (about 45 minutes from Neuchâtel train station).

Sheets and towels are provided by us. The availability of the laundry is included in the cleaning rates.
