Worth the stay I would definitely love to book again in the future as we are regular visitor of leukerbad.
Positive: Location and view, the apartment was beautiful , it’s just infront the sport arena and 10 min walking distance to leukerbad therme and minutes to the cable car station Negative: Needs a little bit of renovation for the toilet, every thing else was nice

Positive: L’espace et l’emplacement Negative: L’état, prises défectueuses, machine à café en panne, consignes pour le garage fausses. On dépose une caution, on est donc en principe responsable de l’état des lieux et on n’arrête pas de trouver des choses abîmées, donc à l’agence de faire des efforts pour livrer un objet en état.

Positive: die landschaft war super und das wetter herrlich Negative: der balkon war extrem klein .wir waren zu viert und hatten gerade zwei platz..am abend wurde es sehr kühl und die wohnung war sehr kalt und heizen konnte mann nicht ! antwort vom vermieter es wird erst ab mitte oktober geheizt.eine defekte kaffeemaschiene haben wir vorgefunden super ! und bei den steckdosen war vorsicht geboten waren sehr lose und aus der wand gekommen ! alles in allen hatten wir unseren kurz urlaub anders vorgestellt ! für das was wir angetroffen haben zu teuer !

Positive: Super nice apartment, very clean and well appointed. Good wifi and connectivity to sound system, tv. This apartment had a small rooftop terrace, very pleasant. Convenient to a bus stop, easy walk to/from town. Negative: Could not figure out how to turn on the jacuzzi tub, perhaps instructions could be posted are the controls refurbished.

Wir empfanden die Unterkunft als geeignet mit 2 kleineren Kindern. Auch fürs Ski-/Schlittenfahren mit Kindern an Top-Lage, direkt neben den Übungsliften/Kinderland. Leider war die Wohnung zur Check-in Zeit (16 Uhr) noch nicht gereinigt, weshalb wir noch rund 2h warten mussten. Dies hat uns die Vorfreude auf die Ferien etwas genommen. Nach dem harzigen Start war dann alles gut. Sehr rasche Kommunikation.

Positive: Appartamento comodo, pratico di standard superiore. C'è stato un problema con lo sciacquone del WC che non finzionava più e hanno mandato dopo poche ore un tecnico per aggiustarlo. Negative: La pulizia ha lasciato un po' a desiderare. Scale interne per andare all'appartamento erano piene di terra. Tutte le finestre sporche con ditate dei precedenti ospiti, bicchieri porta spazzolino con forti incrostazioni dei precedenti ospiti. Pagando CHF 190.- per la pulizia l'appartamento dovrebbe essere perfetta. Il resto era tutto in ordine. Premetto che 3 anni fa abbiamo preso lo stesso appuntamento e la pulizia era ineccepibile.

Toute la semaine odeur nauséabonde dans les parties communes et garages, discrete mais bien présente toute la semaine dans l’appartement placard salon et salle de bain tous les matins (obligé de dormir la fenêtre entre ouverte) tous les matins réveil avec maux de tête pour ma part! Personne sensible : passer votre chemin Bien dommage tout aurait pu être parfait; l’appartement est agréable, bien placé et le mobilier de bon goût !…. En résumé on paie cher pour aucun service, un propriétaire n’aurait pas laissé des locataires dans une telle situation….a méditer

Everything about our stay was positive. From the great communication & help from the team managing the apartment to the spotless & beautifully appointed apartment. Car parking for our 2 cars was spacious & the washing facilities welcome on the ground floor laundry room on our ski trip. The apartment had lovely views & the sunny roof terrace was a great spot for a reviving cup of tea post skiing. It was just a short walk to the centre of town & restaurants, in the other direction it was 2 mins from the Gemmi lift. We had a fabulous stay & loved the state of the art apartment & it’s elegant interior.

Ideally located beautiful appartment, very well equipped kitchen. Communication with Nicolas was easy at any time. Check-in and out very convenient, inside parking space very large. Everything is as described. The second room has two single beds that can easily be put together for a couple. I highly recommend this place and might come back for another stay.

2 night ski touring stay in Leukerbad - Best equiped and elegant apartment
We had a wonderful stay in Nicolas's beautiful 2 bedroomed apartment, it was even nicer than the photos. Coucou and Co were great at communicating with me and helped with every little detail and support. I highly recommend staying in any property managed by Coucu and Co, they were professional and yet happy to call and explain all the details that would make our stay enjoyable. The apartment itself was elegantly appointed and equipped to a very high standard. Having access to the laundry room on the ground floor was a huge bonus and there was both a washing machine and a drying machine. The apartment seemed to come with 3 car parking spaces, we needed 2. One car was inside the spacious garage and our other car had a roof box, but fitted well into the generous outside car parking spot. All the details about this were sent to us in advance of our visit and we had no trouble at all finding the accomodation, the parking and knowing where we could find the keys and the lockbox. At the time of year we visited (middle of March) the sun was nicely warming the little roof terrace and we were able to enjoy a cup of tea outside at the end of our day's skiing. The Gemmibahn lift station was just 2 mins walk from the apartment - the main ski area is accessible from the other side of town, there is good and easy car parking at the lift station. If you don't want to climb up the stairs to the skiing area on the other side of town, there is a second open air carpark a little way above the town with a large parking area and a ski in ski out lift and slopes and nice restaurant. In the evening the walk to the centre of town and all the lovely restaurants was just a few minutes away as well - so ideally situated. We highly recommend staying here and know you will not be disappointed!

Beautiful, ideally located appartment
The apartment is ideally located in front of the Sportarena, 5 min walk to the center and to the thermal centers. The place is well taken care of, clean, with a very well equipped kitchen. Everything is exactly as described in the guide, no surprises. The communication with the team is easy and everyone was kind and helpful. Check-in and out very convenient. The house in general and the apartment have a very nice architecture, the decoration is simple but with a nice design touch. A lot of storage space in the apartment (huge wardrobe in each room, chest of drawers), plus a huge inside parking space where we could leave our skies and ski boots were also very useful. I highly recommend this place and would love to be back.
