    Positive: L’emplacement et la vue depuis l’appartement sont parfaits, l’appartement est grand ce qui est appréciable Negative: Les assiettes et les tasses ébréchées, les toiles d’araignées au plafond de la cuisine, le manque de propreté des balcons, le sapin de Noël encore sur un des balcons, le manque de chaises sur les balcons et pas de parasol .. au vu du prix de l’appartement on peut s’attendre à mieux au niveau des prestations

    Great apartment, ideally located in the center of Montana. The large balconies with views on the lake were definitely a plus. Customer service was great. Nicolas and his team made sure I would enjoy the experience. I would happily come back!

    The apartment is located nicely near the center of Crans Montana within walking distance of the city center and all the shops and activities that you can do. The place itself was nice and comfortable to be in and it was, for the most part, well furnished with nice sized bedrooms. There were, however, a few issues with the place. For the duration of our stay we were unable to access the main balcony that is advertised in the listing. The Host was unable to help us fix it over multiple days of us discussing this with them. The kitchen was a lot smaller than the photos made it seem and had some issues. There was no oven glove provided, only one rubbish bag provided for our 5-days stay. Some appliances in the kitchen had non-Swiss plugs with no adaptors provided, so we were unable to use them. Coffee machine was not working well. Many plates were chipped. There were some pre-opened bottles of things left in the fridge. There was no hairdryer provided unlike the listing said. Only two rolls of toilet paper were provided for a group of 6 for the 5-days stay. Overall, the location of the property was great but amenities inside it could do with some work.

    L’appartement est super et super bien placé Dommage que le propriétaire a omis de nous informer de travaux très bruyants juste à côté ce qui a généré 2 jours de marteau piqueur et donc impossible de se reposer la journée ou profiter de l’appartement cela a tout gâche malheureusement et tout cela pour un prix alors juge très excessifs
