Positive: noi am folosit apartamentul ca baza pt. mers la schi in statiunile din zona (Le Chable/Verbier - 20 min., Crans Montana - 40 min., Les Crosets - 40 min.); intr-adevar, cum soun si alte reviewuri, bucataria ar avea nevoie de un mic upgrade de utilare dar per total noi am fost f. multumiti de cazare; spatios, curat, cu o priveliste superba, cu loc de parcare gratuit, cu supermarketuri la 2 pasi, intr-o zona extrem de linistita; luat cheia de la apartament din cutia postala cu cifru, fara contact cu gazdele; info complete primite de la o agentie imobiliara, totul a fost usor si la venit si la plecare; fericiti de sejur Negative: mici lipsuri ale apartamentului care pot fi trecute usor cu vederea (prajitor de paine nefunctional, becurile la lampi slabe ca intensitate, unele ustensile liosa la bucatarie, caldura nu se poate regla ca e la comun pt. tot blocul)

Positive: La proximité des commerces L Negative: Un canapé inutilisable en l’état, très sale et déchiré, le ménage n’était pas bien fait, les photos du site ne relate pas la réalité. C’est dommage car nous avons très apprécié l’emplacement étions d’avis de relouer mais si pas de changement de canapé et de matelas pour la chambre malheureusement nous ne reviendrons pas.alors que nous venons tout les deux mois à Martigny

Positive: L'emplacement de l'appartement, les pièces spatieuses, la propreté et le calme. Appartement très bien chauffé et isolé, la place de parking. Negative: Certains équipements un peu cheap (bouilloire, micro-ondes, aspirateur... le grille-pain qui ne fonctionnait pas...) Un peu plus d'ustensiles ou équipements de cuisines auraient été les bienvenus: sets de table, couteau à pain, théière, spatule en bois... Les casseroles dont le téflon part en morceaux est dangeureux pour la santé...

Cet appartement est à 5 minutes de la gare de Martigny. Il est très bien équipé et très confortable. Seul bémol, il est un peu cher, mais ça en vaut la peine.

Sehr helle, geräumige und moderne Wohnung an bester Lage. Zu Fuss in 5 Minuten beim Bahnhof und den grosse Coop/Migros und Aldi Läden. Einrichtungen wie auf den Bildern, einfach und zweckmässig. Abfallsack und saubere Wäsche waren vorhanden. Kontakte sind professionell von einer Agentur.

Très bon séjour. Un appartement moderne, clair et très bien équipé. Idéal pour un long séjour à deux. Un emplacement parfait, au calme avec une place de parking privée. Et pour finir , une magnifique vue sur les Alpes sur une grande terrasse. Arrivée parfaite avec clé sécurisée et un contact par téléphone pour voir si tout va bien. Merci.

Die Wohnung ist gut vom Bahnhof Martigny mit dem ÖV erreichbar. Wohnungsschlüssel (leider nur 1 Schlüssel) ist über eine Schlüsselbox erreichbar. Wir haben die Wohnung sauber geputzt vorgefunden. Unser Aufenthalt für 2 Personen war 10 Tage: 1 Geschirrtuch, nur noch ganz wenig Geschirrspülmittel, kein Öl/Essig wie im Inserat angegeben, 1 WC Rolle, keine Abfallsäcke, ganz wenig flüssige Handseife im Bad, kein Shampoo. Auf dem grossen Balkon haben wir ein oder zwei Liegestühle vermisst. Ansonsten war alles vorhanden. Die Küche ist sehr gut mit Geschirr und Pfannen/Töpfe/Gläser ausgestattet. Nach Reklamation beim Vermieter wurde uns dann noch 1 (!) WC Rolle und 1 (!) 17 Liter Abfallsack in den Milchkasten gelegt.
