  1. Weekend in Aigle

    Positive: The apartment was adequately furnished. Good location near shops, restaurants, tourist attractions. It was perfect for our needs and weekend trip. Negative: The pillows were a joke quite honestly ... take your own. It was very hot so you had the option of window open and lots of traffic noise, or noisy dusty fan.

    This property was so perfect, they even arranged a dusting of snow upon our arrival! It was more of an extended-stay hotel situation and we never saw anyone related to the property so it was a different kind of Airbnb stay. They communicated well prior to arrival including detailed pictures of where to park (underground - loved it!), how to work technology (have a charged phone to blue tooth to unlock the door), codes for entry. The property was secure, almost sterile in its aesthetic and cleanliness, very quite and as described in the post. It was well located to enjoy the downtown area, a few blocks from a grocery and the views! Mountains all around us. It was an easy drive as is at the base of the mountains. About 15 mins. from the amazing Chateau de Chillon (a must see!) and a <30 min drive of switchbacks for the incredible Swiss town of Leysin (drive in afternoon after snow/ice melt on roads).

    L’appartement est en effet très neuf, ultra neuf et propre certe mais minimaliste. Il manque quand même de la personnalité autre que IKEA, dommage. Manque un meuble à la salle de douche pour poser ses affaires, nous avons dû poser à même le sol!!! Il l’y a pas de prises pour les lampes de chevets ce qui n’est pas vraiment professionnel. Studio peu fonctionnel et trop cher. Les frais de ménages sont hallucinants à moins qu’ils passent deux à trois heures après chaque client, ce qui m’étonnerai. Entrée autonome mais il faut des codes et et codes et une application. Pas de contacte avec l’hôte autre que messages informatisés et impersonnels. Je ne reviendrai plus.

    Merci pour votre retour, qui nous permet d'améliorer constamment notre service. L'ajout des prises pour les lampes de chevet est prévu prochainement. Concernant les frais de ménage, il est vrai que ceux-ci peuvent paraître élevés pour un séjour d'une seule nuit, mais au prorata d'un séjour sur plusieurs nuits ils deviennent plus que raisonnables voire bon marché, surtout qu'ils englobent également les linges et la literie. L'accès sans contact nous permet de vous accueillir en toute sécurité malgré la situation sanitaire actuelle.

    Neue Wohnung in neuer Unterkunft. War noch nicht ganz alles bereit (Fernseher noch nicht an der Wand, Nachttischlampen ohne Steckdose), aber ansonsten sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem notwendigen. Sehr nahe am Bahnhof und gute Unterkunft für Trips in der Region.

    Haben das Zimmer für 3 Nächte gebucht. Die Anbindung an den ÖV ist sehr gut. Sind jedoch eine Nacht früher abgereist, da es im Zimmer viel zu warm war und aufgrund des starken Verkehrs- und Schienenlärms das Fenster öffnen keine Option war. Ausserdem konnte man die Nachttischlampen nicht anschalten, da es keinen Stromanschluss gab; waren also eher zur Deko da.
