Positive: No comment Negative: All'arrivo l'appartamento si presentava talmente sporco che mi sono state completamente restituite le spese di pulizia (186 euro) inoltre ne la televisione ne la lavastoviglie erano funzionanti e così sono rimaste per tutto il soggiorno dato che nessuno è intervenuto per sistemare le cose. Ho segnalato tutto al mio arrivo il 30/12 ma sono stata ricontattata solamente il 02/01, il 03/01 finiva il mio soggiorno. Peccato perché l'appartamento in se sarebbe carino e in buona posizione.

Good value for money though missing a few small touches
Positive: The accommodation is well located and comfortable with all the basics for a pleasant stay. We were there for a about 2 weeks and found it good value for money. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and it's very easy to get to the train station and other public transport. It lacks a few nice touches, but we would probably stay there again Negative: There are a few things in need of repair; the dish washer wasn't working, one of the shelves had come off the wall, the TV remote batteries were dead and the bathroom and bedroom doors don't close very well. It wasn't an issue for our stay, but it suggests the property wasn't all that well cared for, and it's a bit surprising to arrive to broken items considering you have to pay a 400CHF deposit before arriving. The bed was quite comfortable, but the blanket on the bed is quite thin and there is no spare blanket so you have to keep the heat going to stay warm while you sleep. There was also some mechanical noise in the building (but that seemed to stop around 10pm) so it may not be ideal if you're a light sleeper. Overall it could do with a few improvements but it's comfortable and quite good value for what it is

The place was good and lived up to expectations. The location with easy accessibility to most areas of Geneva was also a bonus. The only drawback is the same issue reflected in previous reviews and that is to do with the squeaky floors. Definitely need to get that fixed but it didn't detract from the good experience. Thanks

Positive: Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The host was very reachable and accommodating. What we liked most was the location - the apartment is just a short walk from the lake, public transport, the train station (for further trips), restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The apartment is also very comfortable, the TV and WiFi worked well and the kitchen is well equipped. It was also very convenient to have a washing machine and dishwasher. Negative: There were really only two small issues with the property. Basically, the bedding did not look like it does in the photos - the duvet was too small for the bed and the bed also had tiny pillows, which was a bit frustrating. The only other issue with the apartment is that the shower is in the bathtub and is a bit awkward to use, and the shower curtain looks a bit tired/dirty and should be replaced.

apartment need and ask for renovation . Very much. Better to stop rent this apartment to allow the owner do renovation and buy new dishes and equipments. All the plates and dishes are scratched, the towels are gray not white already, the floor is creaky, the walls and ceilings are cracked. Walls are scratched. In general the apartment looks as on pic but they made long long time ago. The constant noise from the washing machine from the neighbors, which runs all the time with a steady noise - does not let you live. At night does not let you sleep. No hairdryer. The apartment of 10 points on 2. Just because there is a sofa and a bed Better chose 3 star hotel for this price.

Great stay overall. Cute flat with multiple spaces (living room, kitchen, and bedroom) in a cute area in Geneva with a lot of stuff nearby including multiple restaurants and grocery stores. Would definitely stay again.
