    Host generally replies promptly, but not very helpful. After we checked in, we realized one of the rooms' bedside lamps were not working (both lamps), because there were basically no socket for the power cord to plug in. Texted the host, he sends back a picture with the lights on and said this proves the lights were working. -_-. we are speechless. End up we found a cord extension from another room and we solve the issues ourselves. Toilet in the master bedroom; the ventilation was super noisy, there were no switch to switch it off, just so weird. Suggest to fix it for the next guest. Interior of the apartment was clean, looks the same as the pic shown; but all windows, balcony, and outdoor furniture were not clean at all. We saw spider nets on the living room's balcony. the town is quiet and peaceful. the apartment is close to ferry , and train station.

    As a property claimed to be superhost , the facilities provided were below par. Nicholas is an agent and not an owner. The property was not maintained well at all. I noticed , rusty kettle , used and dirty toaster, mugs, cups and plates in the cupboard are tainted with stains and a very dirty , fungus covered dish washer. Pots provided are unusable. The kitchen extractor not working until we left . The bedroom balconies and all windows are dirty. I am surprised that the cleaning team employed did not see these basics. The furniture inside the house ie sofa is crooked , the dining table full of marks , the bed are noisy and squeaky . The bedside lights that was put in one of the room are just for decorative purpose as they are not plugged. All these small details makes a place cozy and comfortable to be given a superhost status. Of course I complained and Timothy promptly sent some cleaners to scrub the dish washer and replaced the pots. Very disappointed with quality of property

    The apartment was very nice however there were multiple issues and not addressed with promptly. One bathroom was largely unusable due to a broken door, which made it difficult for my disabled father. I was told to park in the wrong place, which almost led to a parking fine. One sink was also blocked. This was a shame as actually the apartment was beautiful and clean. Service needs improving to match the place.
