A fully equipped open kitchen. It includes hotplates, a fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave oven and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a dining area.
A sitting area with a stylish armchair and a TV.
A bathroom with a shower, a sink and a toilet.

Shared underground parking (subject to availability).

This apartment is part of the Nonanteneuf chain, the first appart-hotel chain in French-speaking Switzerland. With the aim of popularizing this type of establishment in Switzerland, Nonanteneuf has integrated technological innovation into its hotel management, and is committed to meeting the high quality standards of the Swiss hotel industry. Nonanteneuf offers urban, flexible and affordable accommodation to make your stay enjoyable, regardless of its duration!

Opened in 2020 under the name Swiss Resort, this hotel residence was renamed Nonanteneuf Aigle in spring 2024, thus joining our apart-hotel chain.

Entering the house is simple, efficient and independent thanks to an electronic lock. All the required information for your stay will be provided to you by email and can be consulted via our online interface.
Our team will not be present on site upon your arrival or during your stay. However, we will be happy to help you with any problems or questions you may have. Do not hesitate to contact us!

The accommodation is located in a 5-storey hotel residence with a restaurant on the ground floor. Centrally located, you're just a few steps from Aigle's cafés, restaurants and shops. The main station is just a 2-minute walk away. From here, you'll have easy access to the surrounding towns, as well as to Aigle's main tourist attractions.

Appartement pas chère, bien aménager, proche d'une piscine et d'un magasin lidl, à 5min de la gare et du centre ville. Je reviendrai sans autre c'est un endroit idéal

Les + - joli studio, décoré sobrement et avec goût - parking souterrain - code à l'entrée - proche de la gare - proche des commerces et du centre ville - tous les appareils utilisés ont fonctionné - service clientèle réactif en cas de problème - Netflix Les - - fenêtre côté route, donc très bruyant - très peu de lumière (orienté est) - il faudrait ajouter les modes d'emploi (four, lave-linge, sèche-linge, etc.) - il faudrait pouvoir s'inscrire dans un planning pour accéder au sèche-linge - pas trouvé la cave...
