A bathroom with a shower, a sink and a toilet.
A nice furnished balcony.

Shared underground parking (subject to availability).

This apartment is part of the Nonanteneuf chain, the first appart-hotel chain in French-speaking Switzerland. With the aim of popularizing this type of establishment in Switzerland, Nonanteneuf has integrated technological innovation into its hotel management, and is committed to meeting the high quality standards of the Swiss hotel industry. Opened in 2020 under the name Swiss Resort, this hotel residence was renamed Nonanteneuf Aigle in spring 2024, thus joining our apart-hotel chain.

Entering the house is simple, efficient and independent thanks to an electronic lock. All the required information for your stay will be provided to you by email and can be consulted via our online interface.
Our team will not be present on site upon your arrival or during your stay. However, we will be happy to help you with any problems or questions you may have. Do not hesitate to contact us!

The neighborhood

The accommodation is located in a 5-storey hotel residence with a restaurant on the ground floor. Centrally located, you're just a few steps from Aigle's cafés, restaurants and shops. The main station is just a 2-minute walk away. From here, you'll have easy access to the surrounding towns, as well as to Aigle's main tourist attractions.

Good location, practical studio.

Positive: Location was great, close to the train station , shops and restaurants. Negative: Only one comfortable seat. The pillows were small and flat and only one each. No instructions for oven/microwave.

General: A nice place to stay at. While, the photos and description are generally a true rendition of the place, there are clear signs of wear and tear around the property (i.e. like the shower and mirror in the bathroom, or the sink and stove in the kitchen). So, stating this is a 'brand new' property might be a stretch at this stage. Pros: Great proximity to the lake and major cities around it (i.e. Montreux, Laussane) and great connections to other areas via the train; station is 2mins walk. Clean Comfortable Spatious Sufficiently equiped for a short stay Decent internet (albeit at times, could be slow) Communicatition is great Hosts are nice Cons: Some items in the property were broke; we reported them as soon as we noticed on the check-in day (host graciously thanked us and took note) Only one pillow per person, not very comfortable The fan provided can be loud, so cannot really be used when trying to sleep (on hot nights the fan is a must).
