Excellent location. Great view of basilica and ruins. Only observation was that it is a one bath apt, with sink and toilet in one room and bath/shower and sink in another room. Very close to pedestrian way and restaurants/grocery store. Great deck for dining outside.

Tolle Unterkunft mit herrlichem Ausblick auf Tourbillon und Valère. Am Rand der Fussgängerzone gelegen, daher sehr nahe zu den Restaurants und Läden. Die Wohnung ist seinen Preis wert, nur die Reinigungskosten sind sehr(zu) hoch. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter. :-)

Séjour très agréable dans cet appartement fidèle à sa description et aux photos. La vielle ville est à deux pas avec ses boutiques et restaurants. L’accès est très simple, le lieu est très facile à trouver et la communication avec Nicolas est facilitée par sa réactivité. Je recommande volontiers ce pied-à-terre pour une visite de la ville et de ses environs.

Positive: Spezielle Wohnung, super Aussicht auf die Sehenswürdigkeiten Sions von der Terrasse aus, geräumig, direkter Lift in den oberen Stock, an der Altstadtgasse gelegen. Negative: Nicht ganz sauber, der Kühlschrank kühlt nicht richtig, die Küche ist etwas dürftig ausgestattet, insgesamt bräuchte die Wohnung etwas mehr Unterhalt, es wird im Sommer sehr heiss und es ist ziemlich laut, wenn man die Fenster über Nacht offen lässt.

We loved our stay in the apartment. The responsiveness of the host was amazing. All of our questions were addressed in a timely manner and our concerns were alleviated by quick action. The apartment was even better than the description - it is definitely a very comfortable space but it is extremely spacious and the use of "cozy" implied that it might be small. The view of the castle from the upstairs loft and porch might be the best in all of Sion and we ate all of our meals looking out. The owners, in response to our concerns about the heat wave ongoing in Europe and predicted high temperatures in Sion during our stay, installed fans throughout the apartment that significantly improved comfort. Even on the hottest days, we were able to keep the apartment a wonderful temperature at night. We lived in Sion previously and I truly think this apartment is one of the nicest places to stay in the city. I really hope that we can come back (my children will insist on it!).

Pleasant stay in a very nice apartment.
Positive: The apartment is spacious and kept clean. The light from the refurbished lift makes it a lot easier to enter the apartment in the dark. Negative: Some of the crockery is chipped and needs to be replaced. There are no large kitchen knives, so it is difficult to cut bread and other large items. The door to the balcony on floor 4 needs lubricating, it is very noisy when opened or closed. Noise from the street outside the main bedroom until the early hours of the morning.

Negative: Nur 1 Hausschlüssel für 4 Personen. Aber vielleicht haben wir uns auch nicht um einen Zweitschlüssel bemüht.

Sion ist wunderbar, die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage. Leider trotzdem eine negative Erfahrung.
Positive: Der Schlüssel ist mittels kleinem Tresor kontaktlos zugänglich. Wir hatten diese Wohnung vorher schon gemietet und wussten daher, was uns erwartet. Die Lage ist ein absoluter Traum, mit Blick auf 2 Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Wohnung ist gross und bietet theoretisch alles, was man so braucht. Zum Beispiel sind Gewürze vorhanden, was ein grosses Plus ist. Negative: Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war dieses Mal eine absolute Katastrophe. Wir haben die elektrischen Zahnbürsten der Kinder m Bad vergessen. Als ich danach fragte, ob es möglich sei, uns diese zukommen zu lassen, hiess es, sie seien bereits im Müll gelandet. Ich war entsetzt, da diese Zahnbürsten teuer waren und ich mir nicht vorstellen konnte, dass man diese einfach wegschmeisst. Einen Tag später hiess es, sie seien doch nicht im Müll gelandet. Die Putzfrau habe sie nun und man würde uns diese gegen 20.- Franken Gebühr zuschicken. Abgesehen davon, dass ich dies sehr, sehr merkwürdig finde und den Preis für unangemessen, hatten wir zu diesem Zeitpunkt hatten bereits neue Zahnbürsten gekauft. Die Wohnung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. An allen Ecken und Enden gäbe es was, was man ausbessern könnte/müsste: Das Parkett im Elternschlafzimmer ist aufgerissen, offenbar gibt es einen Wasserschaden. An den Wänden gibt es Farbabplatzungen. Der Kühlschrank hat kein Licht und kühlt meiner Meinung nach nicht richtig. Man hat das Gefühl, dass extrem gespart wird. Für die Kaffeemaschine gibt es leider keine Pads. Das Klopapier ist sehr knapp bemessen, ebenso gab es nur einen Müllsack. Im Bad gibt es überhaupt keine Mülleimer. Die obere Terrassentür hängt so schief an einer Angel, dass wir uns nicht mehr getrauten, auf die Terrasse zu gehen (wir stellten dies bereits beim Aufenthalt 2020 fest). Insgesamt waren es für uns trotzdem schöne Aufenthalte in der Wohnung und wir haben stets davon geschwärmt. Nach der beschriebenen Erfahrung mit den Zahnbürsten werden wir uns aber in Zukunft eine andere Unterkunft suchen, wo die Dinge professioneller gehandhabt werden.

Positive: Phantastische Lage in Sion! 2 Terrassen, Blick auf die Wahrzeichen der Stadt. Tolle Grösse für 4 Personen. Alles, was man braucht, ist in unmittelbarer Nähe (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Parkhäuser, Flaniermeile). Sehr bequeme Betten. Vor allem die Schlafzimmer sind toll eingerichtet. Negative: Einige Dinge in der Wohnung sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und man hat zum Teil Angst, etwas kaputt zu machen. Gerade, da eine zusätzliche Kaution eingezogen wird vor dem Aufenthalt. Wir haben daher alles beim Einzug dokumentiert, um nachher nicht dafür verantwortlich gemacht zu werden. Zum Beispiel hängen die Küchenschranktüren zum Teil schief, der Kühlschrank hat keine Dämpfung und die Terrassentür oben quietscht und lässt sich nur mit Kraftaufwand so öffnen, dass sie nicht mehr nur an einer Angel hängt. Die Küche ist mit Geräten gut ausgestattet. Andere Dinge wirken irgendwie "geizig": 2 Spültaps für die Maschine, keine Kaffee-Pads, Klopapier musste nachgekauft werden, 1 Müllsack etc.. Leider keine Waschmaschine, was einen längeren Aufenthalt für eine Familie etwas schwierig macht. Dennoch würden wir die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Negative: Единственно, чего нам очень не хватило запаса подушек и лучше ортопедических (спать было не комфортно). еще , в апартаментах, было холодно(... Если приезжать на более длительный срок, вызывает затруднение отсутствие парковочного места для автомобиля и отсутствие стиральной машины...

Nice and lively pedestrian area with lots of restaurants. We parked at the (new?) Parking du Nord, which is close by and reasonably priced.

Accessible facilement à pied et en transport en commun, mais le prix du parking public est à ajouter au prix du logement quand on vient avec sa voiture. Gute Wohnung
Geschmackvolle, wunderbare Wohnung an guter aber lärmiger Lage, herrliche Aussicht auf die beiden Burghügel; kleine Pfannen und Schüsseln fehlen, 3. Schlafzimmer SEHR schmal, Handhabung der 2 grossen Balkontüren schwiegrig. Alles in Allem: die Wohnung ist empfehlenswert und wir würden wiederkommen!

Hello, Very much liked the apartment; very clean, spacious and well located. Only two small comments: - the apartment was cold, and took time to warm up. So consider leaving heating on especially during cold days. - would be good to have at least one soap capsule per day for washing machine. Nous avons adoré cet appartement, l'emplacement est idéal, l'appartement magnifique, la vue exceptionnelle. Nous aurions bien aimé que le store de la terrasse soit réparé, ne pouvant pas le fermer la vue est gachée. En Valais, le set fondue serait bienvenu ;) Si nous en avons l'occasion, nous reviendrons avec un très grand plaisir!!!

Emplacement exceptionnel et appartement de rêve
L’appartement est magnifiquement situé, la vue est imprenable sur Valère et Tourbillon. J’ai beaucoup apprécié l’équipement de la cuisine pour un assez long séjour en confinement, j’ai pu m’installer et vivre très confortablement « comme à la maison » , cela tient aussi à la décoration de l’appartement, personnalisée par les propriétaires mais pas envahissante qui permet de se sentir rapidement à l’aise. N’eût-ce été l’absence de place de parc, j’y serais resté encore plus longtemps!

L'appartement est situé à quelques mètres du centre et l'on peut profiter du marché le vendredi avec beaucoup de produits locaux. Aménagé avec goût rien ne manque dans l'appartement si ce n'est peut-être des ventilateurs ou climatiseurs en période de canicule (appartement sous les toits). Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour.
