The space

Modern high standing apartment of 85m2, fully equipped for your comfort:
- One bedroom with a double bed 180x200cm;
- A second bedroom with 2 single beds;
- An open kitchen, friendly and bright overlooking the dining room and living room. It includes a coffee machine, an oven and a dishwasher.
- A living room with television and access to the balcony;
- A bathroom (bathtub/WC);
- A superb south-facing terrace with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains;
- Two indoor parking spaces.

The accommodation as well as the equipment or accessories are at your disposal during your stay.

Guest interaction

Entering the house is simple, efficient and independent thanks to a keybox that you will find at the entrance of your accommodation. All the required information for your stay will be provided to you by email and can be consulted via our online interface.

Our team will not be present on site upon your arrival or during your stay. However, we will be happy to help you with any problems or questions you may have. Do not hesitate to contact us!

The neighborhood

The apartment is located 100m from the SportArena.

The center of Leukerbad is only 5 minutes away by foot. There are many bars, restaurants and supermarkets as well as spas to help you relax at the end of a day in the mountains. There's also a swimming pool with water slides and plenty of stores selling basic necessities and fashion.

Things to do/see in Leukerbad:
- Via Ferrata of the Gemmi
- Leukerbad ski area, with a panoramic view of the Rhone plain
- Leukerbad thermal baths
- Sports center with ice rink, tennis and badminton courts, etc.
- Numerous hiking trails in summer and winter

Getting around

The accommodation is accessible by car. Two indoor parking spaces are available.

It is also possible to reach the house by public transport (about 40 minutes from the train station of Leuk).

Sheets and towels are provided by us. The availability of the laundry is included in the cleaning rates.

2 night ski touring stay in Leukerbad - Best equiped and elegant apartment

We had a wonderful stay in Nicolas's beautiful 2 bedroomed apartment, it was even nicer than the photos. Coucou and Co were great at communicating with me and helped with every little detail and support. I highly recommend staying in any property managed by Coucu and Co, they were professional and yet happy to call and explain all the details that would make our stay enjoyable. The apartment itself was elegantly appointed and equipped to a very high standard. Having access to the laundry room on the ground floor was a huge bonus and there was both a washing machine and a drying machine. The apartment seemed to come with 3 car parking spaces, we needed 2. One car was inside the spacious garage and our other car had a roof box, but fitted well into the generous outside car parking spot. All the details about this were sent to us in advance of our visit and we had no trouble at all finding the accomodation, the parking and knowing where we could find the keys and the lockbox. At the time of year we visited (middle of March) the sun was nicely warming the little roof terrace and we were able to enjoy a cup of tea outside at the end of our day's skiing. The Gemmibahn lift station was just 2 mins walk from the apartment - the main ski area is accessible from the other side of town, there is good and easy car parking at the lift station. If you don't want to climb up the stairs to the skiing area on the other side of town, there is a second open air carpark a little way above the town with a large parking area and a ski in ski out lift and slopes and nice restaurant. In the evening the walk to the centre of town and all the lovely restaurants was just a few minutes away as well - so ideally situated. We highly recommend staying here and know you will not be disappointed!

Beautiful, ideally located appartment

The apartment is ideally located in front of the Sportarena, 5 min walk to the center and to the thermal centers. The place is well taken care of, clean, with a very well equipped kitchen. Everything is exactly as described in the guide, no surprises. The communication with the team is easy and everyone was kind and helpful. Check-in and out very convenient. The house in general and the apartment have a very nice architecture, the decoration is simple but with a nice design touch. A lot of storage space in the apartment (huge wardrobe in each room, chest of drawers), plus a huge inside parking space where we could leave our skies and ski boots were also very useful. I highly recommend this place and would love to be back.
