The space

A fully equipped open kitchen. It includes hotplates, a fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave oven and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a dining area.
A sitting area with a stylish armchair and a TV.
A bathroom with a shower, a sink and a toilet.
Wi-fi connection and TV included.
Shared underground parking (subject to availability).
Shared laundry room.

This apartment is part of the Nonanteneuf chain, the first appart-hotel chain in French-speaking Switzerland. With the aim of popularizing this type of establishment in Switzerland, Nonanteneuf has integrated technological innovation into its hotel management, and is committed to meeting the high quality standards of the Swiss hotel industry. Nonanteneuf offers urban, flexible and affordable accommodation to make your stay enjoyable, regardless of its duration!

Opened in 2020 under the name Swiss Resort, this hotel residence was renamed Nonanteneuf Aigle in spring 2024, thus joining our apart-hotel chain.

Entering the house is simple, efficient and independent thanks to an electronic lock. All the required information for your stay will be provided to you by email and can be consulted via our online interface.
Our team will not be present on site upon your arrival or during your stay. However, we will be happy to help you with any problems or questions you may have. Do not hesitate to contact us!

The neighborhood

The accommodation is located in a 5-storey hotel residence with a restaurant on the ground floor. Centrally located, you're just a few steps from Aigle's cafés, restaurants and shops. The main station is just a 2-minute walk away. From here, you'll have easy access to the surrounding towns, as well as to Aigle's main tourist attractions.

For a working week in Montreux

I stayed there for a week. The double room is nice and well cleaned. Unfortunately pillows were uncomfortable and the kitchen wasn’t well equipped (dish soap was missing and only a kitchen towel was available). Anyways I have loved my stay. I will recommend it. Federica

Die Unterkunft ist 1A! Der Service jedoch sehr schlecht. Musste zu erst das ganze Geschirr selbst abwaschen, da vom vorgänger mit Sauce verschmierte Teller in den Schrank gestellt wurden.

Nice and Clean studio with excellent service

Studio was very clean and complete. Washing machine is not in the studio, but in the basement of the building. The service and contact with the contact person was excellent and very fast. We were in the apartment with 32 degrees Celsius outside. We could not get it colder dan 26-27 degrees Celsius in the apartment, which was too warm. Even when it got colder outside (19 degrees), the temperature inside kept very high. We tried to cool down by open the windows, which was helpful for a certain period, but the noise of the street outside is annoying. It seriously looks like some people are doing any kind of street racing over there by night.
