A bathroom with a shower, a sink and a toilet.

Shared underground parking (subject to availability).

This apartment is part of the Nonanteneuf chain, the first appart-hotel chain in French-speaking Switzerland. With the aim of popularizing this type of establishment in Switzerland, Nonanteneuf has integrated technological innovation into its hotel management, and is committed to meeting the high quality standards of the Swiss hotel industry. Nonanteneuf offers urban, flexible and affordable accommodation to make your stay enjoyable, regardless of its duration!

Opened in 2020 under the name Swiss Resort, this hotel residence was renamed Nonanteneuf Aigle in spring 2024, thus joining our apart-hotel chain.

Entering the house is simple, efficient and independent thanks to an electronic lock. All the required information for your stay will be provided to you by email and can be consulted via our online interface.
Our team will not be present on site upon your arrival or during your stay. However, we will be happy to help you with any problems or questions you may have. Do not hesitate to contact us!

The neighborhood

The accommodation is located in a 5-storey hotel residence with a restaurant on the ground floor. Centrally located, you're just a few steps from Aigle's cafés, restaurants and shops. The main station is just a 2-minute walk away. From here, you'll have easy access to the surrounding towns, as well as to Aigle's main tourist attractions.

Really clean

Studio agréable, fonctionnel et très propre. Suggestion: il faut absolument revoir et simplifier votre communication ! J'ai reçu pas moins de 15 emails automatiques pour un seul séjour !!!! L'information dont on a réellement besoin est difficile d'accès et noyée dans un déluge de texte inutile et de redites.

brand new, fully equipped studios, nice design, central

This studios are brand new, the kitchen is fully equipped and that design of the furniture is nice (but cheap IKEA stuff). The building is very central, close to the railway station. Free parking in the garage is a benefit. The Management tried to help as much as they could because of an issue with the inside temperature. Too bad, the apartments do not have an air-condition. It was way to warm in the studio, the traffic was very noisy, so it was not possible to sleep at night with an open window. But in total, I would book again.
