The space

Modern 25m2 studio with direct access to the tbalcony, ideally equipped for your greatest comfort:

• A main room with a Queen Size bed, television and dining table

• A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a multifunctional microwave (oven) and a coffe machine. 

• A bathroom with shower, toilet and lavabo

• A comfortable balcony directly accessible from the studio, with a small garden table. 

Guest access

The accommodation as well as the equipment or accessories are at your disposal during your stay.

Guest interaction

Entering the house is simple and efficient, thanks to a keybox that you will find at the entrance of your accommodation. All the required information for your stay will be provided to you by email and can be consulted via our online interface.

Our team will not be present on site upon your arrival or during your stay. However, we will be happy to help you with any problems or questions you may have. Do not hesitate to contact us!

The neighborhood

The University of Lausanne (UNIL) and the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL) are located 5 minutes away by car (and 15-20 minutes by bus).

Getting around

The accommodation is accessible by car. A parking space is possible according to availability.

It is also possible to access the accommodation by public transport (about 30 minutes from Vevey station).

Other things to note

Sheets and towels are provided by us. The availability of the laundry is included in the cleaning rates. 

We remind you that you are staying in an apartment, not a hotel. We thank you in advance for leaving your accommodation as clean as you found it. In case of problems, we will do our best to react as soon as possible.
