The space

The house has three floors: a ground floor, a 1st floor and a 2nd floor (attic). On the ground floor is the kitchen with direct access to the garden, the laundry room, a toilet and the various lounges. On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the upper floor, there is a meeting room under the attic and a toilet.

The neighborhood

Auvernier is a charming village on the shores of Lake Neuchâtel, the lake is a 5-minute walk away. The city of Neuchâtel is 5 minutes away by car.

Getting around

The house is accessible by car and there are different communal car parks, but there are no parking spaces directly at the house. Furthermore, you have the possibility to get there by public transports.

Beautiful house with amazing garden next to lake

We spent a really nice time with the family. Plenty of space and privacy for staying with different groups. Sleeping quarters and hanging out areas on separate floors which give a lot of flexibility. There was so much space and an amazing garden with turtles (the garden is shared with the neighboring lady (caretaker) who is very friendly and lent us a chair and a swimming pool for our toddler). It’s very close to lake, a playground and many other activities.
