I totally recommend this place! My boyfriend and I are staying at this place as a temporary stay and we are loving it. The studio is nice and cosy. The apartment has all the necessary accessories and ammenities. When we arrived the place was sparkling clean and the check in was very easy to do. The neighborhood is very quiet and nice. The apartment is close to Laussane and very close to the train station. The only disadvantage is that the studio is at the ground floor so you don't get a lot a privacy, but I still think it is worth it! :) Coucou&Co is a great company as well, the employees are very nice and kind and they are happy to help with any issues and questions you might have. I definitely recommend them!

Very decent studio in a quiet neighborhood close to Renens station with all amenities included. Especially the smart-TV was a pleasant surprise. Very friendly and helpful service and I could book the studio on short notice. It's not very large and the view is not the best but for a short stay it was fine. Two things I think could be improved: the light above the stoves is broken and there is a small stroke of light next to the blinds that shines directly on the head end of the bed in the morning, so maybe having curtains could solve this problem. Also, I would've liked a little more information beforehand about how the laundry service works and what basic ingredients were present in the studio exactly.

The apartment is a studio with all the essentials. Ideal for short term stay. The agency is accessible and most of the services are as promised. The only issue encountered was on move-in day when I had received all instructions to get the key just fine, but I was told to meet someone who would do a move-in inspection, which did not end up happening after I needed to stall my arrival time by hours.

Cuisine très bien équipée avec vaisselle et ustensiles, électroménager fourni, buanderie à disposition (avec carte à recharger). Un peu bruyant, un peu cher, alentours sans intérêt et terrasse sans intimité. On ne peut pas tout avoir ;-) Proche de la gare de Renens, environnement urbain avec transport publics et supermarchés à proximité, pratique. Petite cave à disposition.
