Me and my friends (4 of us) had a wonderful time in Gersau. We normally have some activities in nearby places but the view from this house left us mesmerized. We spend taking photos and stare at the lake from the Balcony most of the time. We even had our breakfast at the balcony. ❤️. Lovely place indeed. Very clean. And will definitely come back and will stay longer.

The cleaning charge was too expensive. And taken even the house cleaned by guest. I suggest refunding the cleaning fee or (partially) if the rental house cleans and accepted by host. Otherwise everything was excellent and open heart by the owner. Thank you a lot.

Everything is perfect and impeccable like a dream place. The host prepare everything for us even holding a large scale party. The room is with full scenic view of zurich lake. It makes every breakfast on balcony like a 5-star hotel. Honestly, it is an amazing resort home-stay. What impress me the most is the quality of life of the host. Every piece of furniture and supplies is like a declaration of perfectionist. It touched me. Have to say, no flaw to judge. Our family spended a short but very happy time in the building. And we are looking forwards to stay here when our next switzerland trip. Anyway. Thank you host. Also many thanks for Nicolas. See you next time.

Grundsätzlich war sie Wohnung sehr schön und alles da, was man so braucht. Leider war an diesem Wochenende sehr viel Verkehr und es sehr laut. Das Haus ist direkt an einer viel befahrenen Kantonsstrasse. Wir konnten bedauerlicherweise keine Gästekarte nutzen, die uns für diverse Aktivitäten in Gersau hilfreich gewesen wäre. Auf eine Anfrage per SMS gab es keine Reaktion. Alles in allem hatten wir eine gute Zeit, aber für 5 Sterne reicht es nicht.

Wir waren mit der Größe und Ausstattung der Wohnung sehr zufrieden, es ist alles Wichtige vorhanden und die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist in einem sehr guten Zustand.

Positive: Apartmán je velký a kuchyně skvěle vybavená. Příjemná je také tesara, ktrerá je dostatečně velká, že se na ní nají 4 lidé. Negative: Místo je přímo nad silnicí, která sice není nějak extra frekventovaná, přesto je v ložnici dost slyšet. Při našem pobytu na začátku srpna nebylo možné kvůli náletům komárů větrat.

Amazing , beautiful place in a stunning location
Positive: The location was stunning, with views over lake Lucerne from our balcony Everything was easily accessible - supermarket, lidos , restaurants Negative: Everything in the apartment was immaculate and more than catered for our needs. We were unsure where to put the rubbish after our stay as there didn’t seem to be any wheely bins or any instructions on where to put general waste , plastics and bottles ( I separated each into bags ) but had to leave in the apartment as we had an early departure.

Tolle Wohnung mit wunderbarer Aussicht
Positive: Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet für mindesten 4 Personen, in der Küche ist alles zu finden was man benötigt, das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet und hat viel Charme, es steht ein grosser TV zur Verfügung, Wifi funktionierte super, die Aussicht vom Balkon ist grandios, in Gersau gibt es viele gute Restaurants, der Bus hält genau vor der Tür, der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und professionell Negative: Nichts

Spacious and clean appartment with excellent lake view
Positive: The appartment is spacious with a terrace and an excellent view to the lake. It is very clean and well equipped. Beds are comfortable. The agency called me before arrival asking if I had questions, which was very nice. The instructions in the pdf guide are helpful. We were able to arrive very late at night and retrieve the key. The parking spot was right next to the building. We also very much appreciated the adapter for the Swiss electric plug type. Negative: Both doublebeds have each only one blanket which was a bit short for 2 people. Be prepared for moskitos, as if you keep the window open, they come to bite you in the evening. Also sometimes we couldn't be at the terrace and had to close windows as people below us were smoking. The sink at the bathroom was clogged, which apparently was known to the host but not fixed. Throughout the time I kept receiving information in French (which I don't understand). Later I received a pdf guide in English, but the information there was sometimes confusing. For example the first chapter speaks about a front door, but you find them only if you first follow the second chapter. Also in the guide we were asked to run the dishwasher, but there was no respective soap/powder. The instructions for dealing with the garbage in the guide was not understandable and there was no guidance on plastic/paper waste separation. I called the helpline, but there was a bot only in French so I didn't know what it was saying and then it hung up the call.

Der Aufenthalt in Gersau war sehr schön! Die Wohnung ist perfekt für 2Paare (4Personen). Die Wohnung ist perfekt eingerichtet. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist traumhaft. In der Nähe gibt es viele gute Restaurants die zu Fuss zu erreichen sind, wie auch einige Ausflüge/ Wanderungen in der Umgebung.

Excellent location
We wanted to be able to visit whatever we wanted with limited driving time by car. The location of the appartment was perfect! The appartment was big and fully equipt, just perfect!! The lake was just across the street, ideal for a quick swim.

Comme un air de Riviera au bord du Lac des 4 Cantons
Un super séjour à Gersau ! L'appartement a un emplacement idyllique à deux pas du centre de Gersau et du départ de nombreuses balades dans la région du fameux Rigi. Magnifique vue sur le lac et les montages depuis le balcon, on ne s'en lasse pas ! Il y a même des chaises longues et une table extérieur pour profiter de la vue et du soleil à toute heure (exposition plein sud) ! L'appartement est super bien équipé, la cuisine est moderne et la décoration plutôt stylée ! À refaire sans hésiter :)
