Great, new, spacious, very clean, everything is there. Comfy beds, good walk in shower, equipped kitchen, view from the balcony is simply amazing. Calm at night, no noise. Parking few meters from the apartment. Basically, everything is perfect about the place except for the internet connection - sometimes it was impossible to just load the webpage, let alone upload or download some files. Owners said they were going it fix it, but couldn't do it during my stay, I hope they fix it for the next people. Otherwise top, totally recommend!

Le ménage n’était pas fait à notre arrivée. Nous avons appelé deux fois pour signaler puis nous sommes sortis. Lorsque nous sommes revenus vers 18h, le ménage n’était toujours pas fait. Il a finalement était fait et nous avons pu commencer à profiter du logement vers 19h. Par contre, le ménage a certainement été fait rapidement et l’appartement n’était pas très propre.

Positive: Die Wohnung ist neu und gut eingerichtet. Die Übergabe des Schlüssels ist unkompliziert. Negative: Wir mussten eine Kaution von CHF 300.00 bezahlen. Dies hatten wir bei der Buchung nicht gesehen. Als wir dann die Wohnung bezogen haben war bei der Balkontüre ein Gummi defekt und im Gang hatte es schwarze Flecken an der Wand. Wir haben das sofort gemeldet.

Sehr gemütliche, moderne, saubere Unterkunft. Flexibler check-in mit Schlüsselbox. Ruhig gelegen, Einkaufen und Baden zu Fuss in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, einzig, kein Haarfön vorhanden und für ein Wochenende wäre sehr praktisch, wenn wenigstens 1 Gebührenabfallsack zur Verfügung gestellt würde bei dem Preis. Ansonsten alles tipp topp, würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

This a nice modern apartment with alot of room and great views! I liked the location too - right down the street from the Public hot tub (therme). The kitchen has plenty of utensils and kitchen stuff for cooking at home which I did alot. I really enjoyed my stay and would come again if I were on vacation. The only issue I had was with the internet - it was too slow for me to be able to work remotely.

Positive: Apartment was nicely decorated and furnished and worked well Negative: The listing made no mention of the 300 CHF deposit that they required. Also the process to pay the deposit didn't work and led to several emails back and forth and considerable frustration, as well as a slightly ridiculous request for us to take an inventory at the start of our stay. Furthermore the property guide they sent us was useless, and the wifi stopped working for half of our stay. When we contacted them about this they said it was a holiday and they couldn't help until after we left. So overall pretty poor service, but apartment itself is quite nice, if expensive.

The appartment is in a house with approx 3 other appartments. It might look a bit outside for some but it’s actually perfectly connected and after you parked your car you can easily walk everywhere. Within 1 minute you reach the cozy restaurant “tannuheim”, within 5 the city bath and the center. The appartment is completely newly renovated and as great as on the pictures. It’s a calm area. Can recommend without hesitation.

Sehr gute Wahl; Kleinigkeiten (wie zu wenig Haushaltpapier, WC-Papier etc.) hindern mich an einer ausgezeichneten Bewertung. Im Sommer muss man zudem das Risiko eingehen, dass lärmige Nachbarn den Abend/die Nacht verderben. Aber das war nur an einem von vier Abenden der Fall.

Die Wohnung war wirklich sehr gut gelegen, gepflegt, modern und nahezu 5 Sterne wert. Lediglich die Beleuchtung war suboptimal. Die Nachttischlampen im Schlafzimmer waren beide defekt, im Kinderzimmer gab es gar keine und im Wohnzimmer gab es auch nur das ungemütliche Deckenlicht. Zudem gab es im Badezimmer nirgends Haken für die Handtücher. Ansonsten war alles da, was man braucht und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

L emplacement de l appartement est vraiment très bien ! Proche des bains et de l arrêt de bus. La place de parking est très pratique également. L appartement est bien agencé et il y a beaucoup de rangements. Seul petit bémol, nous avons dû demander la carte de séjour au bout du deuxième jour… Il aurait été agréable de la recevoir automatiquement dès notre arrivée!

Appartement très bien équipé et aménagé avec des matériaux de belle qualité. Situé à proximité du télécabine Torrent et du centre de Loeche. Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir durant ces quatre jours.

Stylish Comfortable Apartment
Made a great choice in the apartment! Stylish, modern apartment with a great view from the balcony and very close to the telecabin to go up the mountain for skiing, cross country ski and trekking. The apartment is very well equipped and the storage space was very well thought out. We will most definitely choose to stay here again.
