Très moyen ! Caution de 400F et frais de ménage de 200 F... Pas de climatisation
Positive: La rénovation de l'appartement est sympa, comme la vue. Il y a deux douches mais une est difficilement utilisable car le bac de douche est plat donc on met de l'eau partout... Negative: ATTENTION !! Contrairement à ce qui est écrit il n'y a pas de climatisation !! Et surtout il demande une caution de 400 Fs, qu'ils débitent, pour avoir le code de la clé. Je n'ai récupéré cette caution qu'après 15j et 2 réclamations. Quand vous regardez le détail de votre facture il y a 200 F pour le MÉNAGE. J'y suis resté 3 nuits donc le ménage c'est 40% du montant. C'est le ménage le plus cher que je n'ai jamais vu !! Un appartement de cette taille il faut maxi 1h pour faire le ménage... et le pire c'est qu'il n'est pas bien fait ! La table à magner est toute collante et il y avait de la poussière... Le wifi est de mauvaise qualité

Positive: het was een mooi appartement rustig gelegen Negative: dat we in een appartement terecht kwamen waar de blinds kapot waren door fout vorige huurder. wij konden niet eens het balkon op tenzij we op onze knieën onder de blinds doorkropen….. er werd geadverteerd met breathtaking view. helaas konden wij daar niet van genieten. reparatie zou op laatste dag plaatsvinden…. er werd een voucher aangeboden of een extra nacht en 100 sw francs. een extra nacht was niet haalbaar dus konden we niet accepteren dus hebben 100 sw Francs ontvangen. dat op een Sim van bijna 1600 voor 5 nachten vonden wij niet in verhouding staan voor het niet genieten van prachtige uitzicht. helaas een gemiste kans om terug te keren of aan te recommanderen.

Positive: Magnifique appartement décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Parfait pour une famille. Espaces bien conçus. Très propre et fonctionnel. Agréable d’avoir deux salles d’eau. Un peu décentré mais très pratique en voiture et parfait pour apprécier le calme et la vue imprenable depuis la grande terrasse. Negative: Rien si ce n’est qu’il manquait un petit appareil Bluetooth pour écouter un peu de musique pour accompagner les soirées jeux car aucun appareil électronique (tv, radio,...) Mais c’est un détail. On n’a pas pensé à prendre le nôtre.

Positive: Property is of very high standard, with authentic furniture, nice interior design and absolutely amazing view (really - we've been in many places, but this panorama is one of a kind, with view of Rhone valley and Mt Blanc, during the day, at night - and the terrace is big enough). Parking was not a problem, pickup of the keys was easy, location is very convenient for stay in Crans Montana. It's a perfect place for a family stay, with 2 bedrooms and lots of space. Negative: We stayed for 2 weeks... and initially they were a bit reluctant to change towels after 1 week (wanted to charge us for the whole cleaning), but we've found the solution in the end.

L’appartement est magnifique et très spacieux, la vue depuis la grande terrasse est très belle de jour comme de nuit. L’appartement était très propre, et les lits sont très confortables. Les chemins de randonnées sont à 5 min à pied! Je conseille vivement cet appartement, merci pour ce beau séjour!

The best things about this place: - THE VIEW!!! - the lovely sounds of the cows outside... - the bath tub with window to mix the warm steam with the cold air smelling like wood fires... mmm. - the spacious kitchen / living room. - so nice and quiet... aaah. - the minimalist wooden atmosphere - the free parking! - lovely walks in the area and easy access to town by foot or car. - watching all the beautiful weather changes from the balcony! - the insane view... seriously. Things that are easy to change that would make me want to come back... - wins the prize for most uncomfortable bed of 2020 for me... (sorry!) - small duvets / pillows... the bedding could be better quality for the price! - a bit cold to check in with so many automated messages / no human contact! - the washing machine taking coins to run is pretty annoying in the modern age... - communication from multiple people and not a single owner. - there was a sterile hotel feeling with the over-bleached sheets / towels and the lack of care in the small details... you can feel it's an Airbnb machine and not someone's loving home... - no possibility to light the fire (this is what attracted me in the photos!) - for the cost of the cleaning, I would have expected just a little more sparkling fresh vibes. BONUS MENTION... it would be almost impossible for a guest not to annihilate their shins / knees on the side of the bed... if any guests receive a bruise from this bed like I did, please comment below just for the laughs...

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön renoviert und eingerichtet. In der Küche findet man alles, was man braucht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Bettwäsche aus gutem Material. Die Badetücher flauschig. Die Terrasse hat eine fantastische Aussicht.. Die Organisation durch Coucou liess ebenfalls nichts zu wünschen übrig. Vielen Dank für den offertierten Weisswein, die super Organisation.

We loved our stay. Amazing views and great location if you want to be just outside of the town and enjoy a stunning surrounding. We went with our baby and if anything, I would suggest the owner to get a travel cot for those coming with a baby. Also, a glass around the shower rather than a curtain on the small bathroom, to avoid getting water everywhere, but again, these are only things to consider, however none of them have made our stay difficult, as it has been perfect! We will for sure come back!! Thanks!!

It was unforgettable!
We stayed in that beautiful apartments only two nights. And it was actually part of my present for my birthday from my husband and believe me that excellent accommodation with unforgettable view will stay forever in my memory! We enjoyed it very much! This apartments were clean, cosy, fully equipped. The conversation with the owners was easy, they were always available by phone and very polite. We will be back there for sure!
