Tolles und sehr großes Apartment, man hätte auch zu 6 drin leben können.
Positive: Sehr schönes Apartment mit einer tollen Aussicht! Super ausgestattet und nicht weit entfernt vom Bahnhof und den Gondeln. Der Hausmeister war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend, kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Negative: Alles war zur unserer Zufriedenheit!

Ausgezeichnetes Apartment
Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, die Wohnung war ausgezeichnet, mit einer sehr tollen Aussicht auf den Matterhorn. Preis Leistung hat mehr als gestimmt. Und der Hauswart ist auch sehr höflich und zuvorkommend zu uns gewesen.

Nearby e-bus stop that brings you to Matterhorn cable car station and around main parts of Zermatt. Apartment is about 10-15mins walk from Zermatt Train Station. Great view of the Matterhorn from the balcony as well as the room. However, there a flight of stair to walk so it a little harder for those with heavy luggage. The apartment main entrance will be lock from 8pm onward and we have to wait in the cold for someone to help us open the door ( the helpline wasn’t working) Missing amenities such as Shampoo , electrical kettle was dirty that we don’t even dare to use. Room description is well describe as the seen on the picture. Easy check in . Overall everything was great I would rate it 4/5.

Nous sommes navrés que les escaliers aient étés un obstacle pour vous, mais sommes certains que la vue du Cervin depuis le balcon a été une belle récompense après l'effort! Concernant la porte d'entrée, elle est ouvrable avec la clé du logement. Nous vous aurions volontiers porté assistance, malheureusment votre arrivée s'est déroulée en dehors des heures communiquées et recommandées au préalable. Nous en sommes navrés. Concernant les choses sales et manquantes, nous en prenons bonnes notes afin d'améliorer nos services pour la suite. Nous sommes heureux que vous ayez apprécié les environs et serions ravis de vous accueillir à nouveau !

The place is clean. It was self check-in, instructions are clear, we did not encounter any problem even though we checked-in at night. The customer support was responsive. Wish the guidelines in the house could provide English translation as well. The balcony has a great view to Matterhorn except it was cloudy all the time during our stay😞 There are few steps of stairs to the entrance, so needs some effort to carry the luggages.

The place was clean, location was beautiful (great view of matterhorn), kitchen furnished with crockery but very little salt, no pepper, no dishwasher (although mentioned in the listing), bathroom was clean with only a handwash but no body wash/shampoo, (although mentioned in the listing), cupboards were there but not accessible because of the position of beds. Overall it was fine but would have been better if the listing was more accurate and then we would not have expected things to be there which were actually not there.

Außerdem fehlte eine Beschreibung, wo der Schlüsselkasten ist. Dies wäre einfacher als Fotos. Positive: The view from the balcony is fantastic. Better than the pictures on the listing. The apartment has mostly everything we need. Negative: I wish the host has told us how to get there by foot. We followed the google map and led us to the steep stone steps at the end. It was so hard for us with big luggage. There is another road on the other side that is much easier and closer. ATTENTION: The apartment number listed "7" is WRONG. We went to the neighbor's room and the neighbor told us the number is "3". Extremely frustrating!!! I thought it was a scam.

Don’t worry if host is not too responsive before the stay as the host is quite responsive especially during the day of check in and check out to make sure you have your questions answered. Beautiful town, beautiful scenery!! Matterhorn can be seen right from your apartment!! The place very accessible via public transport. Supermarket Coop is within walking distance. With Swiss pass, you can hop on Bus rides to go around the town. The place is conveniently located from many cable car stations and train station to go up mountains for skiing or sightseeing. We went up to Schwarzsee via cable car and took a train to Gornergrat. The only point to highlight is that although laundry is available, you have to make an international call to the Supervisor in-charge of the Laundry Room to reserve an available slot. Laundry facilities are not available in unit. We did not make the international call hence did not do our laundries. Well, it is still ok for us. All in all, this apartment is a great place to stay in. Thank you Host.

Tem todos os utensílios que vc precisa de uma casa é perto do centro e perto do supermercado DENNER onde você encontra tudo com um preço acessível. Tudo limpo e organizado. A casa é linda e quentinha. Banheiro ótimo. A casa cabe 6 pessoas tranquilamente. O checkin foi fácil e a comunicação com o Nicolas também. Super recomendo este AIRBNB. Exactly what we were looking for.
Positive: We stayed for 5 nights and we were highly impressed that even not being very big, it was fully equiped. The apartment has everything you need. Beds were comfortable, rooms and bathroom very clean, nice kitchen, and it was warm and cozy all the time. It fulfilled our expectations and we had a lovely stay. Negative: It wasn’t a problem for us but the appartment is not right in the city center. About 10-15 minute walk away, which we enjoyed to relax after skiing.

Positive: Da man den Schlüssel mittels Code aus einem kleinen Schlüsselkästchen nehmen kann, ist die Ankunft sehr unkompliziert. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war sehr schön. Negative: Wir waren etwas vor den Kopf gestossen da die Rezessionen dieser Unterkunft sehr gut waren. Offenbar gab es eine Panne mit der Mitteilung unserer Anreise. Das Appartment war daher auch ungereinigt. Auf dem Bett waren Haare der Vorgänger, das Geschirr war schmutzig, der Boden ungereinigt, in der Dusche war ein Gestell defekt etc. (Fotos davon haben wir gemacht. Wir verzichten aber darauf diese ins Netz zu stellen.)

Positive: it is a cozy home, i don’t feel cold at all even i didn’t turn on the heat. it provided basic seasoning and cooking utensils. i believed it was from the previous stay, which was a bonus for us. it is a walk from the train station to the apartment, but we got to explore the city, why not ! we have a 4 wheels luggage, it was an easy walk for us. Nicklaus was the reach out person during my stay, he was reachable and fast in response by phone and email. There were some technical problems during my stay, he tried his best to communicate with us and resolve it, he deserves a bonus ! Negative: the bathroom stings but clean ! i believe it’s the smell from the pipe. lacking instruction of trash collection site. Gute Wohnung etwas abseits des Zentrums von Zermatt. Zu Fuss ab Bahnhof in ca 15 Minuten erreichbar. Unkomplizierter kontaktloser Check-In. Bei Fragen gut erreichbar. Gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Die Hygiene und Sauberkeit in der Wohnung könnte sicherlich noch besser sein, ist aber im Grossen und Ganzen okay.

Beautiful place! View of Matterhorn is really great. Apartment was nice, plenty of amenities, including an outlet converter. No soap, hand soap or dish soap, that was odd. Pull out couch is fun, you have to unzip the mattresses and they turn into beds, there is also an extra mattress beneath the bed in the bedroom. Overall beautiful place, worth every penny.

We spent a great weekend in Zermatt at this apartment. The view is indeed out of this world!! It's also quite close to the train station and an easy walk to the Sunnegabahn or to the busses that go to Furi for the Matterhorn paradise. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the amenities one would need to make meals after a long day of skiing.

Cozy apartment with a great view of the Matterhorn in spite of being on the 1st floor! Had everything we needed, beds were comfy. Hosts are attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries. Apartment is outside the main thoroughfare of Zermatt, but only about a ten minute walk to “downtown” - which was nice because it was very tranquil in the area. Great value for the price, would stay again!

The apartment was within walking distance of everything in Zermatt and had a fantastic view! We loved having enough space to relax and cook. The hosts were responsive and the apartment was easy to find. We definitely recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to stay that’s a little more removed from the town center, but still close to it all.

Wir waren kurz vor Weihnachten zu viert in dem Apartment. Zermatt ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert. Die Lage ist super (10 Min. Fußmarsch zur Gondel, zum Supermarkt und in die Innenstadt). Im generellen Verhältnis zu den Preisen in Zermatt ist es günstig und man kann sich Frühstück/Abendessen selbst machen. Hervorzuheben ist die tolle Ausstattung der Küche. Von Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine über ausreichend Geschirr bis hin zu Raclette und (Käse-)Fondue ist alles da. Einziges Manko: die Schlafcouch ist nicht so super bequem und wenn selbst gekocht wird riecht es natürlich entsprechend im „Schlafzimmer“, aber für einige Nächte ist das trotzdem ausreichend.

Had a great stay here! The apartment has a surprisingly excellent view of the Matterhorn! The place is not large, but has all the amenities. Check in was easy. Communication was great. Having a toaster and coffee machine were much appreciated. The location is great for the view, but it is a small walk (around 8 mins) to the station and around 10 mins to downtown. It’s still well located (we just had kids with us so it added a bit more time to everything). Overall we would stay again. Thanks for hosting us! We had a wonderful time in Zermatt and are thankful we found an affordable AirBNB with a view of the Matterhorn. Thanks!

We loved our time here. It was in a perfect location, only about a 7-8 minute walk from the train station in Zermatt. The view was incredible, we only were able to see the top of the Matterhorn 1 day due to weather but it was spectacular. The space is great. We loved the den/living room area with the view. It was great to just chat and drink hot cocoa/tea/coffee in that space. Could not recommend this place more.

Appartement bien situé et bien emménagé avec tout le nécessaire pour une séjour en montagne. L’appartement est un peu vieillot et la salle d’eau est minuscule. Nous étions 3 et je pense que c’est le maximum pour une semaine, je ne me verrais pas vivre à plus dans cet endroit. Bon rapport qualité-prix. La réservation a été très agréable et facile.

This flat was excellent. It had a wonderful view! We loved the sitting room area to be able to drink tea, hot cocoa, and coffee and see the Matterhorn. It had a kitchen area that suited all types of meals such as making pasta, toast, eggs, etc. The location was great about a 7-8 min walk from the Bahnhof. The rep, Nicolas, was very helpful when we blew a fuse haha. I would highly recommend this flat to anyone looking to stay in Zermatt!

Nous avons pu profiter de 3 jours de grand soleil à Zermatt, dans cet appartement qui est très confortable, très bien équipé et qui a une vue magnifique. Ottimo stato dell'appartamento, seppur mancante di alcuni elettrodomestici oggi ritenuti indispensabili (lavastoviglie e lavatrice). I problemi maggiori sono però derivati dal fatto che all'arrivo non c'è nessuno che venga ad accoglierti e tutti i vari problemi organizzativi dovuti alla mancanza di conoscenza della struttura (che ci sono stati) hanno dovuto essere risolti con lunghe telefonate in inglese (il che non è sempre semplice). A parte quanto sopra, comunque, il nostro giudizio è stato positivo, considerato soprattutto il rapporto prezzo/qualità.
