    Super chalet pour faire un Noël en famille. Vue magnifique depuis la terrasse et toujours ensoleillée quand les nuages ne sont pas là. Heureusement pas de neige sur le chemin, ceci aurait compliqué l’arrivée des grands-parents.

    Positive: TOUT! Chalet magnifique, la vue imprenable! Negative: Il n’y a pas de lave-vaisselle, et la machine à café ne correspond pas à la machine à café indiqué sur l’annonce. Du coup nous n’avions pas pris les bonnes dosettes.

    The chalet was a delight with breathtaking views and cozy interiors. However, our experience was marred by poor management from the agent company. A notable issue was the lack of clarity and communication regarding trash disposal. Despite reaching out with a message seeking guidance, which was notably read but unanswered, we were left to interpret their vague instructions: “Take out the trash (if no taxed bags are available, close the bag and leave it on the spot).” We endeavored to follow these as best as we understood, gathering and placing our trash neatly outside. To our dismay, we were later unfairly accused of leaving the house in a “horrible mess” with low-quality, cropped photos as dubious evidence. When questioned about the non-responsiveness to our inquiry, the company cited managing numerous listings as a reason for their lack of timely communication – a response we found highly irresponsible. Future guests should request detailed instructions to avoid similar issues!

    Good afternoon, We thank you for your feedback. We are quite surprised to read this comment considering that the place has not been left the way we requested it. Beside the garbage, we could also notice the beers and frozen pizza on the table, things moved around, toilet paper and cotton bud under the bed etc. Our photo are not dubious, there are screenshots of videos taken showing the state of the chalet. We would be happy to share these videos with you if needed. We are disappointed our side of the story is not well understood, despite all the evidences shared. Kind regards, Coucou&Co

    Je recommande vivement ce magnifique chalet. La vue est tout simplement sublime, la terrasse est le plus bel endroit pour profiter du calme et de la vue. L'intérieur est chaleureux et accueillant, on se sent comme chez soi. Il y a de nombreuses activités à faire dans cette belle région. Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel.

    Une terrasse et une vue incroyable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Il manque juste une machine à laver et un lave vaisselle pour donner envie de s’installer de manière permanente. Des stores aux velux seraient également appréciés.

    Chalet confortable e et avec vue magnifique. Lits bons et grands. Il manquait néanmoins des instructions plus précises sur les équipements. Il y a eu une fuite au robinet et le père de Nicolas est intervenu avec un plombier. Pour parfaire l équipement il faudrait un lave vaisselle et un micro ondes. La télévision ne marchait pas non plus mais bien l appareil à Dvd. Et plein de films à disposition. Nous avons passé une belle semaine en famille. Et àimerons revenir

    Magnifique chalet au cœur de la région fribourgeoise. La terrasse avec la superbe vue sur les montagnes est un vrai plus. Maison avec de grands espaces à l'intérieur, parfait pour 7 personnes. Globalement propre et bien équipé. Accès par une pente raide, donc attention si vous n'êtes pas habitué à la conduite en routes de montagnes. Bien situé aussi, beaucoup d'activités à faire à moins de 30 min en voiture (Gruyères, Moléson, Maison Cailler, les Gorges de Jogne, etc..). Néanmoins, le chalet offre un cadre paisible et privé (aucun vis-à-vis, les maisons voisines sont très éloignées), et un très grand terrain, idéal pour des enfants !

    Super chalet au calme, spacieux. Terrasse très agréable avec un magnifique paysage. Seul bémol est la route d'accès un peu raide qui a fait peur à certains chauffeurs. Les bas de caisse ont un peu raclé la route aux passages des rigoles.

    The chalet has an absolutely stunning view!! We spent many hours outside with The kids playing in the field. The chalet fit our family of 7 perfectly. The beds were very comfortable! It’s well stocked. Our only suggestion would be to have fans to help circulate the air on hot days.

  31. Beautifully located, super spacious cabin

    Amazing location, stunning views, very calm and quiet surrounded by cows and cowbells. Very spacious bedrooms, enough room to install a small bed for a baby as well. Also very nice patio to sit and relax.The access road is very steep and narrow, do mind the rocks and gaps and take it slow! Other than that, it was a very nice long weekend away from all business of life. Loved it!

    Heerlijk ruim huisje, wij waren met 7 personen en een baby en je kunt met gemak er dan verblijven. Zeer ruime slaapkamers, er kon met gemak een baby bedje bijgezet worden, héél ruim beneden verblijf, enkel de badkamer is wat krap. Ook het terras is heerlijk en heeft een prachtig uitzicht. Alleen het weggetje naar beneden is erg smal en stijl. Dit was wel een erg spannend moment bij aankomst in de schemer. Enige minpuntje was de beperkte hoeveelheid koekenpannen. Verder alleen maar lof, het was heerlijk!

    The chalet was exactly what we wanted - the archetypal Swiss-style chalet with great mountain views, really special. It is well kitted out and was excellent value for money. The link to the address works well, however the instructions weren't very clear and could be much better if they said the path was a steep drop down to the right, for example. It didn't look like we were in the right place. However it was easy to contact the host/management company so we were personally guided. The house needs a proper guests' instruction book with how to use the cooker, rubbish collections etc etc. There were a lot of the owners personal possession in the chalet including a lot of alcohol - it wasn't clear if we could have any or not. We would suggest all of that being cleared away or locked away. The velux windows in the bedrooms need blinds otherwise the light floods in as soon as it is dawn. Apart from these minor things, this is a fabulous place to stay, we will be back!!

    die Wohnhng war sehr schön und ich kann sie wirklich jedem empfehlen. Der einzige Punkt, den man anmerken muss ist, dass die Anfahrt zur Liegrnschaft seht steil ist und man besser nicht mit einem "tiefen" Auto kommt, da man leicht den Boden des Autos verkratzen kann. es bestehen aber Alternativen und die Lage lohnt sich wirklich. Auch für junge leute geeignet, da es viel Platz hat und auch eine "Brätlistelle"
